Return & Refund Policy

At City Rise Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Earrings
• Customized jewellery
• Used or worn products
• Products without original packaging
• Change of mind or personal preference

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
